
Support and update service
With this service, Nacsport guarantees to provide regular updates to their products and respond to our client's technical incidents within a maximum period of 24 to 72 hours, depending on the program:
- Elite: 24 hours.
- Pro and Scout: 48 hours.
- Basic: 72 hours.
The support and update service is a yearly subscription. Prices vary for each version (e.g. Basic 30€ and Scout 108€), please contact us for more information.
In all programs, this service is included in the price of the first year. Once that period expires, if you want to maintain this service, please renew it. In the case of Basic, the renewal of this service is necessary to keep the program operating.
Since Nacsport's policy is to provide regular updates containing enhancement to our products, we have established a system of payment for the renewal of support services and updates to justify the continued loyalty of the subscription. Thus, regardless of the program, if the renewal of the service does not occur within four months from the date of expiry of the previous term, will be charged to renew a third of the price of the annual renewal of the service, each four-month period, plus the cost of renewal for the next year.
